I have been calling since last week. My claim was approved but no one has contacted me back about when Ups is coming to get the speaker. When I called they told me I had to go to Amazon, when I called Amazon they told me I had to call Asurion, neither or company can seem to assist me with a replacement cord and I have the Asurion protection. I want my Asurion money back since no one can answer the phone and or give me a proper answer. Mind yall Asurion said they was going to have Ups pick it up in a 24-48 hrs that was 4 days ago, when I called back today I have been hung up on 5 times consecutively this is the most disrespectful company possible and the fact that you guys would offer to help people and protect their electronics is distasteful because it’s false advertisement. If I would’ve known that you guys weren’t going to send me a replacement cord and I was gonna have to buy my own. I would’ve never opted for the protection plan because I’m not protecting nothing. And the fact that I have to send you guys the whole speaker just for you guys to check it out to make sure that it was just the cord is insane never again. Don’t promise protection and completely neglect the buyer and or your word. Y’all did nothing for me as far as a protection plan goes besides cause me trauma, headaches, triggered my PTSD and anxiety through the roof. Y’all are a trash company entirely!!!
