Excellent Season and Companion Podcast!
Reviewed: 02-28-24
This season of True Detective was so powerful. The podcast really gives insight into the writing, acting, and filming decisions. It was all very interesting. Even more importantly, the podcast delves into the community and struggles of the indigenous peoples that informed the season. The cast and crew of strong women is also to be applauded. I enjoyed the presenter’s tone and expertise. I highly recommend both the series and the podcast.

Really helpful to listen and read along, especially with the tribal language included. Great YA mystery that also allows a glimpse into a beautiful culture. Heartbreaking at times.
