    We have had these gutters for a couple of years and every time we have a heavy rain the corners overflow heavily. We still have to have someone out to clean the gutters. The corners always drip and I didn't think we were going to have to have someone clean the gutters like we did before. We are 80 years old and can't do them ourselves and have to hire someone which is what we wanted to avoid. It pours down on our flower beds and flowers. I do not recommend.

    A salesman from All American Gutters came to my house and reviewed the work that needed done. We came to an agreement on price and scope of work. The next week a subcontracted company came out to do the job. They were 3 hours late for the appointment and when they arrived they said they wouldn't be able to do the work that day because they were running late and would have to reschedule. Almost a month later I received a text at 9pm from the salesmen saying they would no longer be able to do the work. Total lack of professionalism and waste of my time.

    Oh where to begin. I contacted the company and they sent two sales people from *****. We had a good conversation and agreed to a contract, complete with diagrams. This occurred on 9/19/2023. Work began on 9/26/2023 with a crew from ************. The lead technician said that modifying two of the downspouts would not help my situation. We cancelled these two portions of the project. I paid the $3257 per the contract. Next day the technician arrived with the original check and said the price had been reduced to $3177. I wrote a check for $3177 but the written amount was incorrect. Next day I was advised, so I told them to write cancelled on the check, return it and I'd send another check. I sent them a picture of the new check. They proceeded to deposit both checks (one with cancelled written on it, the other a picture of the check.) Legal (I think not) but it happened. The president sent me a refund for the amount of the check. They came to my home two more times to repair mistakes. This should have been a one or two day project that turned into a nightmare.

    1-31-23 Adam came out to give me an estimate. 2-17-023 Gutters are installed (not very professional) One downspout did not fit into base. So they left it that way. And there was a part that was missing that connected to the gutter and the downspout -connector? 2-21-2023 Gutter protection put on leaf protection Workers seem to know what they were doing & fixed the downspout. 2-22-23 First rain and my gutters are leaking. I took a video and sent it to Adam. TJ said that they put the wrong caulking on gutters. I was told that TJ would be out the next sunny day. 2-23 called at 12:39, 2-24 called it is sunny. 2-28-23 another sunny day. Called 3-6-2023 another sunny day, Ten days and no phone call or any communication from All American. 3-7-2023 called and talked to Tyler and he said if I wanted it to be fixed, I had to have them come out & I had to pay to fix it. I have called many times and the last communication with All American was told to me that they were not coming to fix it. Today is 12-5-2023 and it is raining and I can hear the dripping of the rain. Woke me up now writing this because I can't sleep because of the dripping.

    Problems-Numerous! Manager Mike said minor issues after he came and looked at gutter protection install. He was ONLY interested in fixing issues and getting the money. During the first call Mike said, we signed a contract to allow them make the install right. He said they are not taking product off or paying for new gutters as we requested! Mike stated we will put a lien on your home since the day after install you canceled the check and now you won't let us come and make it right! These legalities were his favorite words in almost every conversation! Mike was interrupting me when I calmly tried to explain our concerns. He did NOT care that the install soured us with the product! He was not at all sympathetic or caring about how disappointed we were! I had to listen to the legal threats again. REALLY? Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! We decided we wanted the gutter protection taken off! Since so many holes from screwing their product into our New Gutters now were permanent. Were concerned that more holes in the gutters to fix. Mike assured us no more holes. WE were disheartened that our brand new gutters had been so marred by this install. Bowing of gutters, No end cap covers, debris in gutters, uneven butting of pieces, rain flowing over the tops of protection and water dripping down the front of the gutters. Mike stated this was normal because it wasn't raining hard enough. Just think what a mess this will be in the winter as it freezes! We filed a complaint October 6, 2023. Meanwhile we decided if they would take the gutter protection off we would NOT expect new gutters! We purchased gutters, soffits, down spouts September 22,2023. Gutter protection was installed October 5,2023. Seeing they were in good standing with BBB we chose this company. My hope is for NO ONE else to go through this undo stress caused by this company. Now they want me to sign a paper that I won't give anymore bad reviews.Do you want to buy from this comp??

    Irresponsible installer’s late to the job damage to my awning. Trying to avoid replacing it. Terrible people to deal with this has been since august and it’s almost November.

    I had a great experience with All American Gutter Protection! I deal with a lot of people and companies when renovating houses, and when a company does a great job, it really stands out. I wish I could have this good of an experience with ALL of the trades I work with. I have had All American's product installed on 3 houses so far in the emerging ****** **** district of East Cleveland, Ohio. Not only is this product going to save me time and maintenance costs on my rental properties, but it will help me to completely avoid disturbing my tenants for routine gutter cleaning. I absolutely will put their product on any future properties. I had a great experience with the team of Kyle, my sales person, Sean and his team, who did the installations, and Ashley in the office. All were courteous, professional and really know what they are doing!

    We had this system installed on our home in January of 2023 with the advice from the salesman that we would no longer need to clean our gutters. We were told we would need to blow them off in three places on our home and they would be virtually maintenance free. This has absolutely not been the case, we have white pines and they drop needles, seeds and pine cones pretty much year round. Called the company and they sent someone out to readjust the gutters and still they are full of pine junk. We have reached out on multiple occasions now only to be told someone will contact us to no avail. We were told when the installation happened that we would have a local call center if we ever needed them. When you call the Nashville office they tell you to call the Ohio office and you just get the run around. We are completely dissatisfied with the product but we are truly disappointed in the customer service with a 5 star review.

In review we have been out to your residence to make sure you have a proper install and have communicated with you every step of the way. We have the customer service line set up in our corporate office located in Ohio to better assist customers like yourself as we have 15 branches across the US. With our gutter protection it is designed to keep anything from getting into your gutters which is exactly what is doing for your home. Unfortunately we cannot control mother nature and debris can build up just like it currently does on your roof. This debris will eventually fall off with a good breeze but does not always happen over night.

    I had an appointment for 6/3/23 at 9 am. Waited around and no one showed up or even called to advise that they were not arriving. Called the following Monday to verify that the appointment was missed and verified by the person on the phone that indeed we were scheduled abd she asked if we wanted to reschedule. Why would I want to reschedule when they do not have any consideration of my time. I stated that if this is a reflection of your company then I do not want to even consider your company for any work. She asked if a manager should give me a call to discuss the issue and before I could respond she hung up on me. My recommendation is do not even consider this company for any remodeling.
