Dasha’s breakout hit, “Austin,” helped set the stage for the singer/songwriter and she’s making use of the momentum with a soon-to-be released deluxe version of her debut album, What Happens Now?” In addition to the new music, the star recently partnered with Bud Light for the summer season.
As part of her team-up, the star and several country hitmakers will perform for fans 21 and older in age at Billboard presents Bud Light Backyard, a two-day concert event at Tin Roof Nashville set amid CMA Fest. While Dasha will be joined by George Birge and LOCASH on June 8, Alana Springsteen, Corey Kent and Dalton Dover will kick off festivities on June 7.
“I’m thrilled to get to be a part of this day with Billboard and Bud Light,” the singer said of the upcoming event. “We’re going to have an iconic weekend in Nashville and I’m grateful that I get to make some fun memories with my fans.”

While attendees at Tin Roof Broadway can expect to hear “Austin,” there will be some tunes that they might not recognize as part of her stage set. “I’ll definitely be playing a few new unreleased songs that fans can expect to hear on the deluxe version of [my debut album] What Happens Now?”
Dasha went on to explain that her intent is to see if she can “hear directly from [her] fans what they think of the new stuff.”
“Billboard and Bud Light are both deeply rooted in music. I was honored when my team called to tell me that I had been asked to be a part of this event,” she continued. “We immediately got to work on thinking of fun things that I could bring to this performance to make it unlike any other that weekend.”
While Dasha’s schedule is jam-packed, she admitted that she’s adjusting well to her sky-rocketing fame. “It has been a complete whirlwind and I’m loving every second of it. I’ve wanted this since I was thirteen and just starting to write music. It really is a dream come true,” she said.
