Perhaps of interest. You would certainly not be in bad company to move the line back to deism at the very least. I was superseded at the following quote however:

It's curious to me how history is so readily whitewashed when you here modern atheistic scientists trot out their bottom line assumptions as though they are obvious; clearly nonsense.

@Yes - Although Einstein was not a Christian. His best frient at Princeton the mathematician Kurt Godel, however, was a theist who believed in a personal God - and even devised a proof of God:
