Did 50 Cent Finally Sell the 21-Bedroom Home We Saw on Million Dollar Listing?

50 Cent has been trying to sell his enormous Connecticut estate on and off for more than a decade.

50 Cent Makes a Huge Decision and Pulls His Listing off the Market...

50 Cent bought Mike Tyson's sprawling Connecticut estate in 2003 when his music career made its first move into the mainstream, but the rapper quickly got overwhelmed with it and attempted to unload the 21-bedroom behemoth only four years later, when he first listed it for $14.5 million. He's had it for sale on and off over the years, since and even briefly enlisted Fredrik Eklund to represent it and document the process on Million Dollar Listing New York.

According to TMZ, the rapper has now sold the house, located in the town of Farmington, for a shockingly low $3 million, and will be giving the proceeds to his G-Unity Foundation, which serves low-income youth and communities. Zillow shows the house is currently off the market, but by contrast has no mention of a sale.

If he has sold the house, it would be a slight change of plans for 50, who explained to Fredrik on the episode that aired last year that he would donate the estate itself to the charity.

"It would be interesting to have programs where we could escape the cities and kids from the inner cities to go out and just be creative, to kind of hone in, you know, on the arts and stuff like that," 50 Cent said when he told Fredrik he'd be pulling the home off the market. "They'll be able to use the recording studio and the fitness areas, the pools, everything. It'll be a cool summer camp house."

Let's take a peek at 50's sprawling estate.

The Property

50 Cent's Home

The 50,000-square-foot mansion sits on 17.6 acres and is surrounded by trees and a pond. There are multiple guest houses and even a helipad for express getaways to New York City.

Entryway

50 Cent's Entryway

The palatial entryway features dueling staircases, so you can race your friends up to the top.

Game Room

50 Cent's Pool Room

50's game room means you never need to head to Vegas or Atlantic City. Oh, and by the way, there's also a huge nightclub, home theater, and recording studio in the house — everything a rap star needs.

Indoor Pool

50 Cent's Indoor Pool

Year-round swimming would be a pleasure in this indoor pool, which is surrounded by chaise lounges and tons of windows.

Dining Room

50 Cent's Dining Room

50's opulent dining room looks like something out of Southern Charm, doesn't it?

Basketball Courts

50 Cent's Sports Facilities

What a luxury to have both indoor and outdoor basketball courts. We wonder if the next occupants will keep the giant G-Unit logos.

Pool Grotto

50 Cent's Outdoor Pool

The man born Curtis Jackson even has his own version of a Hugh Hefner-style pool and grotto. Bonus: 50 has tasteful landscaping (hydrangeas everywhere!), in case the new owner isn't a raging bachelor.
