The Real Housewives of New York City alum made a major beauty “change” and we’re obsessed.
Earlier in August, we caught up with Dorinda Medley while she was enjoying a relaxing pool day at Blue Stone Manor, wearing a retro-inspired look that was certainly a feast for the eyes. The Real Housewives of New York City alum stunned in a blue-printed halter-neck swimsuit and a pair of chandelier earrings, also rocking a matching color floral-embellished bathing cap.
While Dorinda pulled out all the fashion stops for her pool day look, she’s also been keeping us on our toes on the beauty front.
Dorinda Medley debuts a new hairstyle
On September 13, the blonde beauty took to Instagram to share her recent beauty move, showcasing a slightly longer hairstyle with tousled pieces that framed her face.
“CHANGE IT UP,” Dorinda captioned the post, wearing nothing but a robe and some beautiful dangling statement earrings. The longer length is a departure from the shorter sideswept shag we’ve recently seen on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip cast member.
One word: obsessed.
Additionally, Bravoleb-loved stylist Julius Michael took to his Instagram to reveal his handiwork on Dorinda's hair, explaining, "I added a crown topper and a few clip in extensions from [Hidden Crown Hair] to create this super sexy lob with the help of [stylist Donna Longo] from [Julius Michael Salon]."
Dorinda shares an update on her new NYC home
While Dorinda spent most of 2023 in the Berkshires, she recently announced that she moved back to the Big Apple, residing in the Upper East Side apartment she purchased in 2022.
Dorinda revealed to the Daily Mail in 2022 that she bought a condo in the same building as her former apartment. The 760-square-foot unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, a loft area, and stunning views of the neighborhood.
“The funny thing is my realtor Laurie Cooper who sold me my original apartment in this very same building 21 years ago, found this beautiful jewel box apartment in the same building,” she told the outlet. “I love Laurie Cooper and I’ll be forever grateful, she’s the best. It’s a beautiful one bedroom with a loft. Just what I was looking for.”
Dorinda shared a glimpse of the new space in August 2022, saying it needed a “total redo.”
“I am in my new apartment on a blow-up mattress because my bed didn’t arrive yet from Restoration Hardware,” she said in an Instagram post. “I’m not staying in a hotel. I’m staying here. Look at how cute it is. It’s sunny, it’s super clean, I got my clothes, I got my products.”
She then shared a peek at the kitchen area, which was undergoing renovation.
“The dream team is here!” she said. “Not wasting any time here.”
