Called Brown Roofing when another roofing company indicating that the entire underlay of my tile roof needed replacement (second opinion). Jesse came out promptly, confirmed the need for replacement and provided a competitive quote. His review was noticeably more thorough than the other contractor and even though his quote was slightly higher, I decided to go with Brown. Very pleased with the result and the quality of workmanship. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked long days to complete the job in less than a week. They were very thorough in their clean-up each day and brought the new roof into compliance with current building code requirements. Two or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof.  I had a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks.  Brown Roofing inspected the roof, said it was sound, and predicted the roof would last another year or two.  Other roofing companies said I should replace the roof.  After 2 or 3 years, I called Brown Roofing again and they recommended a new roof.  Had another company give an estimate just to compare prices, but the estimates were similar.
Contracted with Brown Roofing and have been pleased with their work.  Both the owner and manager are friendly and easy to work with. We chose Brown Roofing because they are a local business and they had the best reviews.  We had to replace our tile roof and Brown gave us a complete and competitive quote.  They started the job when they said they would and completed it on time.  We are very happy with the finished product and their attention to detail. Called to have my roof inspected, concerned I might be in need of a new roof. Jesse came out the next day, on time and did a thorough inspection.
