OMRDD Code Compliance Certificate
This certificate is necessary to construct a facility to provide services to the developmentally disabled or to renovate a facility.Overview
Allows applicant to construct a facility to provide services to the developmentally disabled, or to renovate a facility to accommodate such services. Permits are required for all construction projects that are not publicly bid. Upon completion of the inspection process and as a result of a written compliance determination by the responsible person, a Certificate of Compliance shall be issued by OMRDD's Code Compliance Manager.
