Miranda Priestly, editor-in-chief of Runway, is the talk of Paris Fashion Week.

Well, sort of.

On Wednesday, the incredibly talented makeup and SFX artist Alexis Stone attended Balenciaga's couture runway collection dressed head-to-toe as The Devil Wears Prada character played by Meryl Streep in the 2006 film.

Here's a side-by-side of Alexis and Meryl as Miranda:

Alexis shared a video on Instagram showing the process of transforming into Miranda.

In the caption of his post, Alexis noted that his team worked for three months on transforming him into Miranda for Balenciaga's show.

In an interview published on Wednesday, he told British Vogue that he and Balenciaga's creative director, Demna, initially planned for him to attend this year's Met Gala as Miranda.

"But there were forces above that prohibited us from doing so," Alexis told the publication. "It was only a matter of time until we took her to couture week. Most people at a fashion show are focused on looking their best, but I want to look like someone else."

The look was a true showstopper, featuring facial prosthetics, a perfect wig, and even clip-in veneers.

"We got the original wig for Cruella and I managed to get my hands on Miranda’s original sunglasses," he told British Vogue.

Alexis has become known for these show-stopping transformations, including in February when he went as Madonna to Diesel's show at Milan Fashion Week.
