The "Captain America: Brave New World" Teaser Trailer Has Everyone Feeling "Cautiously Optimistic," And It's Absolutely Refreshing

"The editing of this trailer is some of the best MCU has ever produced."

The Marvel Cinematic Universe was chaotic after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier revealed that Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) was the new Captain America.

Anthony Mackie in a suit holds Captain America's shield in a dimly lit room, standing next to an old bed covered with a quilt

When a new MCU film featuring the new-ish hero was announced, everyone was critical of what was in store for the epic superhero franchise.

Anthony Mackie in a tactical suit faces Chris Evans, who wears Captain America's shield on his back. They appear to be in a dimly lit, serious setting

Now, we have a teaser trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, and fans are optimistic.

The upcoming film follows Sam (Anthony), who finds himself in an international conflict as the new Captain America. Sam's allegiances are tested as he attempts to discover who's responsible.

Just from the chaos in the teaser trailer, I know I'll be tossing popcorn in excitement at every turn during this movie. Not only do we get to see another MCU veteran get a feature film, but the rest of the cast is stacked.

A large explosion engulfs part of the White House, causing destruction and debris while a U.S. flag waves atop the building

Harrison Ford is Thaddeus Ross, a recurring character in the franchise who returns as the newly elected president of the United States.

Danny Ramirez is Joaquin Torres, a former first lieutenant in the US Air Force who's teaming up with the new Captain America.

Even Giancarlo Esposito and a handful of new characters tied to other MCU storylines will make an appearance!

And there's this big red guy. IYKYK.

A muscular man is shown from a low angle, lifting a circular object above his head outdoors, with trees and the sky in the background

    And scenes like this one:

I'm not the only one stoked. Not too long after the Captain America: Brave New World teaser dropped, fans assembled on X (formerly Twitter) to share their feelings about the new MCU film. Here's what some people are saying:
