Nationals' Mitchell Parker: Solid in no-decision
Parker didn't factor into the decision in Friday's extra-inning win over the Angels, allowing two unearned runs on eight hits over 6,1 innings. He struck out five.
Both of Anaheim's runs came on a Jo Adell homer in the second inning following an errant pickoff throw that extended the frame. Parker's now gone at least six innings without allowing an earned run in back-to-back starts. The left-hander's ERA is down to 3.83 with a 1.20 WHIP and 92:29 K:BB across 112.2 innings in his rookie season. Parker's currently lined up for a road matchup with the Phillies in his next outing.

Nationals' Mitchell Parker: Blanks Brewers
Parker (6-6) picked up the win Sunday against Milwaukee, allowing three hits and three walks with three strikeouts across six scoreless innings.
Parker fired his first scoreless start since April, shutting down the Brewers to pick up his first win in eight starts. The outing avenged Parker's poor showing against Milwaukee on July 13 when he allowed five runs in two-thirds of an inning before being yanked. The rookie left-hander has struggled after logging a 3.06 ERA across his first 12 starts, stumbling to a 5.82 ERA in 38.2 innings since. He'll look to build upon Sunday's momentum in his next start, which is tentatively lined up to come against the Angels on Friday.

Nationals' Mitchell Parker: No-decision versus Arizona
Parker allowed two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out three over five innings in a no-decision versus the Diamondbacks.
Parker was unlucky to take the loss, as the Nationals had an 8-2 lead when he was relieved by Jacob Barnes. This was an improvement for Parker, who had given up at least five runs in three of his four previous starts. The southpaw is now at a 4.31 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 84:26 K:BB through 100.1 innings over 19 starts. He'll look to snap a seven-start winless skid in his next outing, which is projected to come at home versus the Brewers this weekend.

Parker (5-6) allowed six runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out five over three innings to take the loss versus the Padres on Wednesday.
The six runs allowed were a season high for Parker, who has given up at least four runs in four of his last six starts. He struggled in his last outing before the All-Star break and labored through his three frames Wednesday as well. The rookie southpaw is now at a 4.34 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 81:24 K:BB through 95.1 innings over 18 starts this year. Parker's next start is projected to be at Arizona.
