Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs, a double, four RBI and three runs scored in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Red Sox.
Witt saw a 15-game hitting streak end last Saturday, but he's gone 8-for-18 (.444) over his last four contests to stay hot at the plate. The shortstop produced his third multi-homer game of the season Wednesday, knocking solo shots in the first and sixth innings with a two-run double in the fourth for good measure. He's slashing .347/.392/.603 with 22 homers, 84 RBI, 99 runs scored, 25 stolen bases, 33 doubles and 10 triples across 116 contests this season.

Royals' Bobby Witt: Reaches 25-steal mark
Witt went 1-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 9-2 win over the Tigers.
Witt was on the front end of a double steal in the seventh inning, and he scored on a wild pitch later in the frame. While this wasn't his best game recently, he extended his hitting streak to 15 games, a span in which he's gone 30-for-59 (.508) with four home runs and three steals. The superstar shortstop is up to 25 thefts while adding 20 homers, 78 RBI, 94 runs scored and a .348/.396/.600 slash line through 111 contests.

Royals' Bobby Witt: Makes MLB history
Witt went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, a walk, two runs and two RBI in Thursday's 7-1 victory over Detroit.
Witt did most of his damage late in the contest, belting a solo homer in the eighth inning and adding a run-scoring double in the ninth. Witt is the first player in MLB history to go 20-20 in each of his first three seasons. He is one of four major-leaguers to reach the 20-20 mark this season.

Witt went 2-for-3 with two walks, a stolen base and three runs scored in Wednesday's 10-3 win over the White Sox.
Witt has a strong case to be the AL Player of the Month after batting .489 (44-for-90) with seven home runs, 22 RBI, 26 runs scored and two stolen bases over his last 23 games. He was held hitless just once in July. His fantastic month has him batting .349 on the year, 17 points ahead of Cleveland's Steven Kwan for the best average in the majors. Witt has added a stellar .992 OPS, 19 home runs, 24 steals, 76 RBI, 91 runs scored, 30 doubles and 10 triples across 109 contests this season.

Royals' Bobby Witt: Grand in win over White Sox
Witt went 4-for-5 with a grand slam, a double and an additional run scored in Monday's 8-5 victory over the White Sox.
The Kansas City shortstop slugged a pivotal grand slam off reliever John Brebbia in the eighth inning to give the Royals an 8-5 lead they wouldn't give up. Along with his monstrous homer, Witt also collected his second four-hit performance of the season to raise his AL-leading batting average to .347. The 24-year-old superstar has had a monumental month of July so far, hitting .488 (41-for-84) with seven homers, 22 runs scored and 21 RBI, as he enters the AL MVP discussion.

Royals' Bobby Witt: Reaches four times in loss
Witt went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Wednesday's 8-6 loss to the Diamondbacks.
Witt took a one-day break from cranking out three-hit efforts Tuesday, then got right back to it Wednesday with his fifth such game in six contests since the All-Star break. The shortstop entered the break hitting .323 on the year and has lifted that already stellar mark to .344 with his recent surge. He's posted a .983 OPS, 18 home runs, 23 stolen bases, 70 RBI, 83 runs scored, 28 doubles and 10 triples as one of the best five-category producers this season.
