The over 23,000 sq ft estate is called Mar Pietra, which is Italian for sea stone. The limestone clad architecture sits on 100 feet of beachfront with a main residence and guest house. There are nine bedrooms, 12 full baths and seven half baths. The climate-controlled subterranean car gallery adds 4,000+ more square feet, with even more space added via covered areas like a luxurious loggia that houses another kitchen, bar, lounge and dining area.
