This is the horrifying moment a man jumped out of his vehicle before smashing up a moving car with a steering wheel lock.
Dashcam footage shows the driver exiting his car before running at another vehicle and smashing a window in broad daylight.
The driver of the damaged silver Volkswagen car is seen attempting to drive off at speed but ends up crashing into another vehicle in the opposite lane.
Passengers can be heard laughing and shouting "oh my god" as the driver jumps out of the vehicle. Witnesses can also be overheard swearing and shouting as the incident takes place, reports Liverpool Echo.
It's understood the incident happened on Prescot Road in Liverpool on Friday, May 3, around 3pm. Merseyside Police have been contacted for a statement on the incident.
