New study reveals what Evansville households spend monthly

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A new study from third-party pay site Doxo Insights show River City residents spend roughly 35% of their monthly income on household bills.
This number puts Evansville slightly above the state average of 31%.
The study also revealed Evansville is ranked #55 on a list of the state’s most expensive cities when household expenses are factored in.
They say the average Evansville household spends $1,700 a month on bills.
