Tickets are now on sale for The First Omen. A prequel to 1976’s The Omen, the movie opens in theaters on April 5.
The Omen, of course, hinges on a child who may just be the Antichrist. But how did the spawn of Satan get to Earth? The First Omen backs up to show us the events surrounding the birth of Damien through the eyes of Margaret (Nell Tiger Free), an American woman serving in a church orphanage in Italy. In our exclusive clip below, Margaret gets an inkling that things in the orphanage are not quite what they seem.
The First Omen also stars Ralph Ineson, who takes on the role of Father Brennan originated by Patrick Troughton in the original The Omen, Billy Nighy, Sonia Braga and Tawfeek Barhom. Arkasha Stevenson directs.
