Loved The Lego Movie? Things are about to get even more awesome for you, then, thanks to the Hero Complex Gallery's latest exhibit (and sale) of artwork that combines Legos with popular '80s movies. Artist Dan Shearn's "Lego Memories (or a Man-Child's Recollection of the '80s Through Lego)" features more than 60 pieces that recall his joy of playing with Legos as a kid. There's Sigourney Weaver from Alien, Beetlejuice, Blade Runner, Die Hard... you'll recognize every iconic character and movie. Check out a few examples of Dan's work below.
The show is currently running through June 29 at the Hero Complex Gallery, 2020 South Robertson Blvd., Studio D, L.A., CA 90034.
