Broadcast Signal Intrusion was directed by Jacob Gentry, who was one of the directors of the anthology horror film The Signal, which premiered at the South By Southwest Film Festival.

It explores Broadcast Signal Intrusions, the most famous of which are probably the Max Headroom incidents in Chicago when a person in a creepy Max Headroom mask hijacked broadcasts on two local stations. Gentry also said that creepypasta and the paranoid thrillers of the 1970s, like The Parallax View, influenced the film.

Harry Shum Jr. (Crazy Rich Asians), Chris Sullivan (This Is Us), Kelley Mack, Steve Pringle star in the film about a man whose wife has disappeared and who investigates the phenomena in hopes of finding her.

This cult science fiction horror film has the potential to really mess with your brain. The surreal quality of the terror in Coherence, a film about a group of friends who choose to have dinner on the night a comet flies by Earth, challenges the concept of reality itself.

A sequel has been announced for this film, directed by James Ward Byrkit and starring Hugo Armstrong, Nicholas Brendon, Emily Foxler, Elizabeth Gracen, and Lauren Maher. What is real in quantum decoherence? Good question. What is reality itself? When you start questioning reality, you go to the outer edge of terror.
