We are investigating elevated errors to our API Services.
Our engineers have identified the contributing factor and are applying a fix to our API Services.
Engineering has deployed a fix and have confirmed a gradual recovery to our API Services. We will continue to monitor until we’ve confirmed that customer experience has been fully restored.

During this maintenance window, there will be no impact to our Network service delivery or to the accessibility to our Fastly Application. Customers performing searches in the dashboard during this maintenance window may experience a brief period (an estimated impact of 10 minutes) where anticipated results may not be displayed as expected.

On 25th of June 2024 at 16:40 UTC, our engineers released an update to the check content status API at /content/edge_check. This update may result in new response values for incomplete content checks for our customers.
What’s changing?

What do I need to do for this change?
No actions are required of Fastly customers. Fastly Engineering has assessed the impact of this change by analyzing historical usage data and performance. These combined efforts have determined that no service impact will occur due to this implementation. .

Fastly Engineers detected a performance impacting event affecting our API & Configuration Management service.
Fastly Engineers detected a performance impacting event affecting the availability of manage.fastly.com. Customers may have experienced errors and timeouts during sign-up and account management from 15:17 to 17:45 UTC.
CDN delivery, stats aggregation, and all other data plane services were unaffected.

Engineering has deployed a fix and this issue has been mitigated.
