Daniel is mostly known for the eponymously named, two-Michelin-starred restaurant he owns on New York City's Upper East Side.

One of America's top culinary authorities, Chef Daniel Boulud hails from Lyon, France. He has continually evolved cuisine since arriving in New York City in 1982 and expanding his reach to properties in Toronto, Montreal, Dubai, Singapore, The Bahamas, and across the U.S.

Also known for Boulud Sud, Épicerie Boulud, and Bar Boulud, the restaurateur opened Le Pavillon in Manhattan's Midtown East in 2021, earning one Michelin star in 2022.
