Zachary Johnson was sentenced on November 30, 2023, in the District of Columbia for his actions that disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress. The session was convened to count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election.

As a result, he will spend 42 months in prison followed by 36 months of supervised release. Unfortunately, Zachary won't be able to witness his children hitting certain milestones or be present for important events.

During the trial, he had to get rid of his truck because he could no longer make payments from inside a cell. He hopes that by the time he gets out, he will be able to obtain a vehicle and begin working again soon.
