Slip Zodiac Pure Silk Sleep Mask
I literally don't go anywhere without an eye mask as I sleep in one every night. It's my fast track to making my brain switch off in cocooned darkness. I am a sucker for the Slip silk eye masks and literally hoard them at any opportunity, so I am all in for the new Zodiac patterns. Make mine a Cancerian one, please.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Blurring Serum Blush
I am loving a summer flush of blush and my latest colour hit comes courtesy of Anastasia Beverly Hills Blurring Serum Blush. The gel texture glides and then sets for a pop of matt, diffused colour, enriched with pomegranate peel extract and niacinamide.

Bastille Paris 14 Juillet, 100ml EDP
With all eyes on Paris, my nose has been drawn to the vegan, genderless and transparent fragrance brand Bastille. Its new 14th July fragrance, inspired by the fireworks and celebrations of Bastille Day, starts with a rush of fresh fruity tangerine and blackcurrant to sharpen the senses before warming the skin with heaps of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. Spritz for a burst of joy!

CeraVe Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum
My friends in the US wax lyrical about CeraVe's Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum and, now that it's landed in the UK, I can see why. Not least there's the purse-friendly price point, but the jelly-like texture is really pleasing, too. Formulated with 10% pure vitamin C to protect skin against DNA damage from UV rays and pollution, it's also laced with hydrating hyaluronic acid and ceramides to lock that moisture into the skin. I've been applying it underneath sunscreen and the gel formula walks the gamut of being hydrating without leaving my skin greasy in the heat. This being CeraVe you can also feel confident that it's doing the job effectively, without irritation.

Dr Barbara Sturm Everything Eye Patches
I love the idea of plastering a cooling eye patch onto weary-looking under-eyes for a deep injection of hydration, but I always feel a twinge of guilt as many aren't very eco-friendly. Thanks to Dr Barbara Sturm's Everything Eye Patches I'm taking a more mindful approach to de-puffing. Not only are they biodegradable, but the gel formula is powered by science-backed ingredients including avocado polyphenols for dark circles, vegan collagen and three different weights of hyaluronic acid. After sitting in air-conditioning all day, I find wearing them for just 20 minutes makes all the difference to plumping up and brightening my under-eyes. I also love that there is always enough of the gel formula left over so you can pat it into the skin for more transformative results than your average eye cream.

Chanel No.5 L'Eau Limited Edition
Chanel No.5 is the scent I associate most with my mum, so I've always had a bottle of No.5 L'Eau, its more airy, free-wheeling cousin, in my fragrance wardrobe. While there have been many iterations of this powdery floral over the years, the latest limited-edition format, fittingly dubbed “Just A Drop”, is my favourite to date. I love the teardrop-shaped bottle that feels like a cool pebble in the palm of your hand. It's surprising, completely different to any other No.5 bottle and starkly modern, but there's also something pleasingly nostalgic about its aesthetic that harks back to the ‘90s. Better still, at 50ml, the size is practical for carrying in your makeup bag or hand luggage. It’s the beauty mini I've been waiting for.

Iconic London Lustre Lip Oil
I love a lip oil. As someone with chronically dry lips I like something that can add some juicy hydration alongside a wash of pretty colour and the upgraded Lustre Oils do exactly this. There’s three shades to choose from Life’s A Peach (my favourite), Sugar Mama (a sheer lilacy-pink) and One To Watch (a jam red). All are infused with hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E and C to give lips a boost, plus the new chunky doe-foot applicator bathes lips beautifully in next to no time.

Hourglass Unreal Liquid Blush
Hourglass has established itself as the queen of barely-there but better makeup, and the brand’s latest blushes are no exception. Available in an edit of seven beautiful, wearable shades, including my favourite, Future, a peppy coral, they give such a gorgeous natural-looking dewy flush. You can build up the colour or leave it sheer and the push-dropper on the base means you won’t pump out more than you need, so no mess or wastage.

Refy Skin Trio SPF 50
We’re always here for a multi-hyphenate and Refy’s Skin Trio works hard so we don’t have to. It’s a broad-spectrum mineral SPF (50, ofc), a moisturiser and a brightening serum all in one (perfect for space-saving). Instead of the thick white sludge that a lot of SPF’s offer up, this dispenses a lightweight, silky serum with a tan tint to it, to help it melt more beautifully across a broad range of skin tones. On light complexions it gives a little extra sunkissed warmth and on deep skin it gives a gorgeous glow. It evens out complexions and is so pretty, you could just skip coverage (which on hot days, I have). Bonus: it’s packed with apple extract, plant-derived squalane and algae to boost radiance and glow, while balancing oil.

MAC Glow Play Cushiony Blush
This blush really belongs to the “makeup is for fun” school of thought – the name pretty much instructs you to go play. Just from a tactile perspective this formula earns points. The bouncy, cushiony compact is so satisfying to apply with fingers (you can leave your prints), but, it’s also stunning. There’s 13 shades for every skin tone, mood and moment (cutesy pinks versus sophisticated berries, nudes and terracottas), plus the cream to powder formula blends perfectly, then stays put.

Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix
I'm a sucker for a glossy lip product, and given their viral nature, I simply had to include the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Stix lipsticks. Available in 10 stunning shades, these lip gloss/lipstick hybrids offer both an impressive level of pigment and a dewy finish, leaving the lips feeling hydrated and plump. Rihanna, you really nailed it with this one.

Chanel Stylo Ombre Et Contour
The new colourful eye crayons from Chanel have become a must in my summer makeup routine. Not only do they come in fun yet wearable shades, but they also glide on like butter, delivering a shimmery and pigmented finish that lasts all day. Great for when you want to add a little oomph to your everyday look.
