Erie Insurance names new vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Jim MartinAaysha Noor has been named vice president of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Erie Insurance.
According to the company, Noor is nationally recognized for her DEI thought leadership and success in fostering an inclusive workplace.
A graduate of the University of Home Economics in Lahore, Pakistan, Noor also earned a professional diploma at the National College of Arts in Lahore. She holds multiple certifications in DEI leadership, neurodiversity and change management.
Among other honors, she was the recipient of the DEI Champion Award presented by the National Diversity Council.

She worked most recently as head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Giant Co., a retailer with nearly 36,000 employees in five states.
