‘America’s Got Talent’ season 19: Who was your favorite act from ‘AGT’ Auditions 5? [POLL]

America’s Got Talent” continued its 19th season on July 2, 2024 with a two-hour episode of first-round auditions. (Read our minute-by-minute recap.) Among the acts that performed for judges Simon CowellHowie MandelHeidi Klum and Sofia Vergara this week were costumed entertainers, musicians, comedians, aerialists and dancers. One act advanced straight to the live shows as a Golden Buzzer selection while 15 other acts had their fate decided by “yes” or “no” votes from the judges.

The July 2 episode included performances from costumed entertainers Owl ManA.merica’s G.olden T.igerGoat vs Fish and TT Brothers, musicians Oscar Stembridge, Jollux and Menudo, aerialists Sebastian & Sonia, dancers Bboy Nana and Boss Baby Brody, shadow theater group Attraction Juniors, stand up comedian Erica Rhodes, jump roper Connett Croghan, shock comedian Chris Wilson, and magician Young-Min.

Not present in our poll is the act that received the Golden Buzzer this week. Heidi used her second Golden Buzzer on 9-year-old powerhouse singer Pranysqa Mishra.

Based on your votes past weeks, the favorite act from “Auditions 1” was dance group Los Osos High School and the acts that received the Golden Buzzer were comedian Learnmore Jonasi (Terry) and 55-year-old singer Richard Goodall (Heidi). And after “Auditions 2,” the favorite was danger act Bao Cuong while Simon delivered the Golden Buzzer moment to both singer Liv Warfield and drone artists Sky Elements. Then, after “Auditions 3,” the fan favorite act was Jacob Hoffman and Sofia gave one of her Golden Buzzers to dance group Legion. Following “Auditions 4,” singer songwriter Stephanie Rainey was a fan favorite while Howie’s person favorite was dance group Brent Street.

“America’s Got Talent” will continue to air throughout the summer on NBC and the finale of Season 19 will likely air in mid-September, when the next winner will be crowned.
