The other day I remembered that Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz released a collaborative album with. Could they get name-checked on a straight vote? I think Tha Carter V and Funeral were blocked by the Rap committee.

He’s getting in on name recognition. His team is working the PR game well, even if the final product isn’t quite worth it.
