Sounds weird to compare very different characters but they do have some surprising similarities. Both villainous characters raised in abuse and neglect with a need for love, no matter how toxic it is. Both narcissistic grown-ups who act like children. Both suffer a lot of humiliation along the way. Both actors won an Emmy in their second season when it was assumed their more seasoned co-lead was gonna get it.
