- A bottle of oil explodes in a deep fryer, burning a lady's face. She screams intensely; later, you see her shaking and crying in a stretcher. Very distressing.
- A woman is pushed down a flight of stairs by The Butcher, as a distraction for the police. She appears unconscious. No blood is seen.

- Cooper's wife sedates him by putting poison in his pie. Intense.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Cooper plans on killing his wife then killing him self at the end. The way he talks to his wife about this plan is unnerving. The most intense scene in the movie by far.
- The entire confrontation with Cooper and the police at the end of the film is intense. Cooper attempts to gouge a police officer's eyes out until getting tased by another officer.
