- Trivia(at around 1h 6 mins) While Eddie is holed up at Coit Tower trying to find Cletus, several helicopters pass by looking for Venom and Carnage. This was actually not planned; the helicopters flying by were actually part of the shoot for The Matrix Resurrections (2021), which was filming in the same part of San Francisco as Let There Be Carnage during their shoots. Instead of waiting for a clearer shot, Andy Serkis thought it would make sense for helicopters to be roving around during the scene and left it, adding additional dialogue by Tom Hardy in ADR afterward to mention them.
- Goofs(at around 53 mins) When Shriek is reversing the mustang she reaches into the center to pull the emergency brake, but in the 1966 Mustang the emergency brake is a handle on the left side of the driver.
- Quotes
[from trailer; Venom controls Eddie's arm to slap Dan]
Eddie Brock: Oh! I am so sorry!
Venom: NOT sorry!
- Crazy creditsSPOILER: There is a scene in the closing credits: Venom and Brock are transported to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Venom sees J. Jonah Jameson's expose of Peter Parker, from Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019), on TV.
- Alternate versionsA deleted scene set shortly after Kasady escapes death by lethal injection and frees Shriek with the help of the Carnage symbiote. Here we get a better idea of the symbiote's plans for the world, as he wants to use his new allies to wipe out humanity and replace them with a new race of human/symbiote hybrids.

A decent Sequel...
The epic duo Eddie Brock and Venom, are back! Not a big surprise, it was predictable that a sequel was coming after the first one, they couldn't just stop right there. The first film was very, very bad. Mediocre, generally speaking badly made. This one was not the best, but it wasn't a total disaster either. I expected nothing great, and I didn't got it either. It was just a decent sequel. The plot is taking place a short time after number one, and Eddie Brock has to hide his second face, Venom. Meanwhile, Eddie is doing some crime work for the society and arrests a psychopath with a dark, hidden past. What gave the movie six starts? The dramatic backstory of the main antagonist, and how it was presented. I got a better understanding for him, and he had a nice development. The second good thing was the fun relationship between Eddie and Venom, and how they had to deal with living together and treat themselves as allies. A fun little thing that can give a laugh or two. Technically speaking did Venom 2 have nice editing, too. I liked when the ending title "Let There be Carnage" came with bright letters with some fast motion transitions and cool effects at the ending credits. The things that lead the rating some lower, though, was that the story was empty in the third act, and that was really bad. The action sequences were boring, too, and could have been done in a much more epic way. They could for example have better camera angles and better music to make the scenes float better. The second thing I have to poke at was the plastic acting. Tom Hardy is good as an actor, but he could have played better here. The thing is that he didn't fit the role so much. The antagonist did have good development, as I mentioned, but his acting could be more realistic, too. His acting depended mostly on effects, and his potential he could have, was lost in the visuals. After all, I think that Venom: Let There be Carnage, was a decent sequel, fine enough, but could have been made much better. They are going to make a sequel to this one, and I hope they can do things a little better this time. But this one is definitely better than the previous!
