Come here and I’ll give you an education on how not to prepare for an All-Ireland final, and what Cork and Clare players should avoid doing over the next eight days before the game of their lives.

If I had my time again, I would have done it completely differently in the build-up to the 2008 All-Ireland final against Kilkenny. I would have tried to avoid the public as much as I could and insulated myself with everything kept very low-key.
