95, passed away July 2, 2024. She was born October 24, 1928 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Clarence and Ozella May (Younts) Banning. Mary Lou was a graduate of Richmond High School. She married Claud “Bernie” Winters, and he preceded her in death February 15, 2013. Mary Lou was a devoted mother, wife, sister and daughter.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 East Washington Street.
Mary Lou is survived by her grandson, Justin C. Eden (Natalie); and great-grandchildren, Colton and Cade Eden. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jackie Scruby; and siblings, Wanda Banning, Robert Banning, Emogine Parrish, Georgia Sparks, Sylvan Banning and Harold Banning. www.shirleybrothers.com.
