Jordan Love put up historic numbers in his first year as the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, leading to heightened expectations in 2024.

But Love's game wasn't perfect. And if he and the team will take the next level this fall as many anticipate he'll have to shore up his weaknesses.

At the top of the list is improving his footwork.

At the beginning of the offseason Love's longtime offseason throwing coach, Steve Calhoun, told PackersNews that he was going to spend significant time on reviewing tape with his pupil and get to the root on why he consistently threw off his back foot last year. Calhoun planned to work on tightening Love's footwork.

Ahead of training camp in less than two weeks Love showed off his footwork on Thursday in a series of drills during a training event hosted by his agency, Athletes First.

GOAT Farm Media posted highlights of Love at the event:

Love, fresh off getting engaged, was among many NFL players who participated in Elite Week in Del Valle High School in El Paso, Texas.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields, Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud and Steelers wide receiver George Pickens, among others, joined Love.

Oh, there was also a youth camp and a go-kart race between the players this week.

Love will return to Green Bay for the start of training camp July 22.
