Dr. Blue is Specializing in Chiropractic, Sports injuries, Massage Therapy and Reflexology. Dr.Blue with a model of the Human spine she uses as a educational tool with patients.

The Farragut YMCA is offering a Gliding exercise class. Gliding uses two Frisbee-like discs to do standing and floor exercises. The Gliding Exercise Class is new to the area. Yoga is a big part of the new Tennova Family YMCA.

Benjy Darnell of the Bearden area competes in the weight lifting competition during the Fat Man Games, held at the Westside YMCA. Darnell finished with a total of 112 reps in two minutes at the Westside YMCA. The Fat Man Games, which benefit the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, hosted eight different events with four-man teams.
