I learned the hard way how to provide and receive feedback. And a valuable lesson I learned is that first, the team has to acknowledge that they need improvements too, and after this, then you - as a leader, would have the authority to provide feedback. Authority has layers and we just build a strong authority when we build trust throughout the years.
