Some times I see so many organisations have devised the team to manual and automation team but it should not like this both team will work to words quality of the product so as a goal oriented let’s help the function team member to train and start contributing to automation so every one get in to same path and start contributing to both and split the work in such a way so every one get involved and connect so team can engage with every thing .
