Advanced Manufacturing for Life
About us
We are an advanced manufacturing company solving the greatest challenges in drug delivery for novel therapeutics. Today, millions of patients face the burden of frequent hospital visits, enduring painful, costly, and time-consuming intravenous injections to receive their life-saving medications. AcousticaBio transforms this process, making drug delivery as simple as receiving a routine flu shot. Utilizing advanced microparticle technology and our Harvard-patented acoustophoretic platform, we convert intravenously delivered biologic products into highly concentrated, small-volume subcutaneous injections - all without the use of solvents or cumbersome post-processing. Our versatile technology extends beyond monoclonal antibodies, offering an unparalleled ability to formulate a wide range of materials across multiple therapeutic areas. We are committed to collaborating with biopharmaceutical partners to advance their products, improve the quality of care, and enable patients to self-administer their life-saving medications from the comfort of their homes. Join us at AcousticaBio, where we value how work gets done just as much as what ultimately gets accomplished.

Last week, I attended the Phase 6 Annual Nucleate Summit in sunny San Diego alongside hundreds of other Nucleate leaders from around the globe 🌍 🧬 Over 3 days, I heard from biotech industry leaders representing BlueYard Capital, Genentech, Pear VC, Curie.Bio, Pillar VC, Eli Lilly and Company, NTIP, iBio, Inc., AcademicLabs, Excedr and many more who shared their insights, ideas and hopes for the future of biotech. I listened to the captivating stories from Activator alumni like ImmunoScope, AcousticaBio, ReRx, Vitra Labs, Alexin, EffectorMed, Believer Pharma and many more. There was no shortage of thought-provoking ideas, inspirational lessons and laugh-out-loud moments. 🔗 Over 3 days, I probably made more geographically-diverse friends than I have my entire life (including college in London and grad school in Boston): friends from Nucleate UK, Nucleate Germany, Nucleate Switzerland, Nucleate Japan, Nucleate Taiwan, Nucleate Israel, Nucleate Denmark, Nucleate Canada, Nucleate Seattle, Nucleate Pittsburgh, Nucleate Boston, Nucleate San Diego, Nucleate Ann Arbor, Nucleate New Orleans, Nucleate Arizona, Nucleate Kentucky, Nucleate New York, Nucleate Philadelphia, Nucleate Bay Area, Nucleate Los Angeles and Nucleate Baltimore. Thank you to all the speakers for their time, sponsors for enabling Phase 6, Nucleate for the incredible participation opportunity and the Phase 6 Summit organising team for this Herculean effort, because I believe the impact of this summit will reverberate far into the future. __________________________ When I left on Friday, it didn’t feel like I was leaving a conference, it felt more like graduation where I had to say heartfelt goodbyes to dear friends. So to those I met at Phase 6: if you (or anyone from your team) ever visit, know that you will find a ready community in the folks of Nucleate Singapore. #biotech #entrepreneurship #innovation #global #phase6summit #techbio #nucleate #community
