Of course, everyone knows that you need to deliver value to your clients, and hopefully that’s something you already live by. However, in my experience, you actually need to overdeliver value at every step of the client relationship, from your initial ad all the way to your sales call. Start with broad audience signals (demographics, interests, etc.) 2. Layer on custom intent audiences based on search behavior (what people search for on Google & YouTube) 3. Use AI to identify patterns and expand to similar high-converting audiences 4. Continuously feed conversion data back to the AI to improve targeting (especially optimizing for qualified leads) This approach allows us to cast a wider initial net, but then rapidly hone in on the audiences most likely to convert. It's how we're consistently achieving 3-5X ROAS for our clients at scale, even as ad costs rise. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼-𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: 𝟮𝟰 𝗔𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲! One of our strategies for rapidly creating high-performing ads is what we call the "Video-Blocks" Strategy. This approach allows you to create 24 different ad variations in the time it usually takes to film just 2-3 videos. Here's how it works: 1. Write 5-10 different hooks 2. Create 1-2 different educate sections 3. Craft a solid call-to-action (or two) Then, film each section individually (one at a time) Then you have your editor put them all together for you in post-production! 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 1. Start with a "trunk" - your core campaign that's performing well 2. Slowly increase budget on winning campaigns (growing the trunk) 3. Simultaneously, branch out with new, similar campaigns (like tree branches) 4. Continually prune underperforming branches and reinvest in winners This approach allows you to scale vertically (increasing budget on winners) and horizontally (expanding to new audiences and ad variations) at the same time!     Steve Jobs once said, "The people that are crazy enough to think that they can change the world are the ones that do." Steve was a childhood hero of mine, and his ripple effect is why I have a business today. I was born and raised in Chelmsford, MA. At 12, my parents gave me an iPod Touch for Christmas. My idea was to show people great iPod apps and games. So I made videos and posted them on this little YouTube channel I had called AppFind. Soon, viewers and subscribers spiked, especially after I made videos showing people how to use their iPhones and iPads - millions of people watched them - and soon, middle-school me was making money from companies paying me to mention their apps. In my first year of college, a sponsor paid me $1,000; I got them more than a thousand downloads for their app. They were thrilled. But I had an idea… What if I used YouTube Ads to promote their video? Almost nobody was doing YouTube ads because this was back in 2015. My client was highly skeptical. "Okay, we'll give you an ad budget of $500," they said reluctantly. I got them 11,000 new users for that $500. They were blown away, and the next thing I knew, their marketing company, called me up with a job offer: "Drop out of college, move out here to Silicon Valley and join our team. But in a defining moment, I turned it down. I didn't want to be the knight in somebody else's Castle; I wanted to be the king of my own. I knew YouTube ads were the BIG THING I'd been hoping for. So I created AdOutreach and quickly drove millions of downloads for my clients. So it was a good business. In 2016 at HubSpot Inbound, I discovered ClickFunnels & the world of online marketing.
