Thank you to Broadview Federal Credit Union for the opportunity to be a panelist this morning discussing “what it takes to create a culture which empowers women to grow their careers and become organizational leaders”. It was a privilege to sit alongside Susan Fogarty-Jacques, CWS , Sabrina Mosseau BS, RN , and Amanda De Vito Trinsey to discuss challenges women face in their careers, led by moderator Rose Miller, SPHR. It was great to see such amazing attendance at this event. Women: ⭐️ Believe in yourself ⭐️ Focus on the things that bring you joy ⭐️ Speak up and advocate for yourself ⭐️ Let go of the “mom guilt” (more on that later) ⭐️ Surround yourself personally and professionally with those that support you, and can mentor you along the way

Two things that we are passionate about at Alpin Haus are training and development of our team and providing a great experience for our customers and employees. Each year we bring 8 team members to the Customer Service Revolution in Cleveland. It is 2 days of personal and professional growth, learning from amazing speakers how to improve the Customer Experience, and networking and connecting with like-minded professionals. We are so fortunate to have such a great team that is passionate about what we do, eager to learn, and do what it takes to consistently provide a great customer experience.
