The event brought together 8–12-year-old girls for a day of exploration with women from ARCO, diving into STEM activities, crafting mood boards for their future goals, and personalizing their very own construction vests. We are pleased to announce the completion of a new multistory self-storage facility in Paramus, New Jersey! This climate-controlled facility spans 166,000 square feet, comprising four stories and a basement. The facility has 1,278 climate controlled units and 12 outdoor drive up units. The façade includes a complex blend of glazing, nichiha, and architectural metal panels. From the U.S. to Berlin 📍 ARCO recently sponsored this year’s SIORide to support the SIOR Global-foundation at the SIOR Global bi-annual International Conference held in Berlin. Over 200 global SIOR designees from Europe, North America and AMEA came together to share market knowledge, exchange perspectives on emerging trends, and establish new business connections. ARCO’s own Garry Weiss, SIOR was among the riders who rode over 220 km from Berlin to Brandenburg and back to raise funds for the Foundation earmarked to support real estate educational programming in the Ukraine.
