  • We had a great time at last week's WomanUP Workshop: Clash of the Generations! Held at the A-B Tech Mission Conference Center, we tackled the challenges of leading and engaging with a multigenerational workforce. With invaluable insights from keynote speaker Val Grubb, we learned strategies to bridge generational gaps, enhance workplace harmony, and leverage the unique strengths of every age group. From engaging discussions to networking over a delightful breakfast, the energy was truly inspiring. A big thank you to everyone who joined us! You can see all of the photos from the event, taken by Silver Moon Custom Art & Photography, on our Facebook page.
