The 22,000 SF TB Smith Community Center is under construction in the City of Richmond! The new indoor space features a multipurpose gym with an elevated running track, indoor playground, health center, mixed media center, teen space and a culinary learning center. Outdoor spaces will include basketball courts, multi-purpose sports field, playground, splash pad and a nature trail. Solar power will be used and the project will be pursuing LEED Silver. The historic Tredegar Company Store in Richmond, Virginia is getting a second life and we’re thrilled to be a part of its storied journey. Stay tuned to see what’s in store for this 1860’s commissary.
The old Tredegar Company Store is a historic building that we are thrilled to be a part of. This building is going to be a part of the new river front amphitheater. Previously, this building was used for employees and their families to purchase goods such as food and clothing. Fun fact: This store did not use it's own currency like many others. Instead they used a credit system, which would then be deducted from their paycheck!

Courtyard Asheville’s design captures the rugged essence of the surrounding Balsam Mountains.
