Since solidifying an Energy-as-a-Service partnership with LCMC Health, Bernhard teams have been working diligently on key deliverables for the first project phase. Bernhard’s 15-year EaaS partnership aims to address critical energy infrastructure upgrades at 6 LCMC Health facilities. Included in this effort is the construction of a new central utility plant, which recently reached a significant milestone. Our teams successfully lifted and installed cooling towers atop the new Central Energy Plant (CEP), marking the first major equipment lift for the project with the CEP reaching its final height. After overhead powerlines were de-energized, cooling towers were precisely positioned, setting the stage for the subsequent phases of this project. This project highlights our team's ability to tackle complex challenges while upholding our core value of safety. It also underscores the value of our Energy-as-a-Service model, which allows us to provide comprehensive, long-term energy solutions to our healthcare industry partners. #energy #healthcare

    Chief Executive Officer at Bernhard

We did it! From June 13 to July 29, we visited all 21 Bernhard offices as part of our 2024 CEO Roadshow! 12 different states, 20+ hours of Q&A with our workforce, innumerable rental cars and Uber rides, and 1 beautiful hike in Utah—these are just a few statistics from an unforgettable 5-week journey across the (growing) Bernhard landscape. What a joy and honor it was to spend time face-to-face with the great people that make our organization hum and thrive—it has energized me in ways I did not think possible. A heartfelt thank you to all who played a role in organizing the tour—it was truly a logistical feat! And a special thanks to the 5 offices who saw fit to stock the office fridge ahead of time with my favorite guilty pleasure: a Diet Mountain Dew! I could not be more excited to lead this team as we write the next chapter of our company’s story. Onward and upward!

Bernhard teams recently supported Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport - MSY in taking a significant step towards operational excellence by completing a groundbreaking water softener project. This initiative marks a new era in the airport's infrastructure, promising enhanced efficiency and longevity for its water-dependent systems. The project required the major shutdown of the airport's entire domestic water system for the final equipment tie-in—a daunting task in a facility that never sleeps. Bernhard teams were able to complete this critical phase flawlessly and with remarkable speed, minimizing disruption to the airport's operations. This project is more than just an installation; it's a commitment to the future. The new water softening system plays a crucial role in extending the life of the airport's equipment, reducing maintenance costs, and improving overall operational efficiency. #sustainability

Jobsite walk with Business Unit Manager Jared Wilson as we scope out a mechanical project at a local charter school. Bernhard does have an amazing mechanical services team all across the United States. We are growing our mechanical footprint here in Utah - this includes maintenance, installation, and service. I'm excited to be on the front lines, helping with responses and pricing. #bernhard #mechanical #bernhardmcc #businessdevelopment
