We're proud to introduce Jason Silva, another retired law enforcement officer whom we're thrilled to work alongside. Jason served in the United States Marine Corps as a 0311 and deployed to Iraq for OIF 1. Upon returning, he fulfilled his goal of becoming a police officer in the City of Richmond, California. While with the Richmond Police Department, he was assigned to Patrol, SWAT (entry, sniper, and less lethal), Training Officer, and Homicide Detective. He was also able to serve alongside his dad, who served 42 years in the department. In 2015, Jason medically retired due to an on-duty injury. Soon after recovering from multiple surgeries, he entered the private sector with Salient Operations, providing Executive Protection and Security Management services for high-net-worth clients and companies. After helping establish the company, Jason wanted to return to the law enforcement world. He began the next phase of his professional development and joined law enforcement sales. Jason joined the BRINC family in 2024 after finding and following the company since 2020. Jason now represents BRINC in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
