My latest leadership column in Business Observer is an interview Sheilina Henry, president of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. We talked about her career — a key being don't be afraid to ask for what you want. We also talked about one of her go-to leadership books, “Taking People With You: The Only Way to Achieve Big Things," by Yum! Brands founder David Novak. Oh - and we talked about how Fleming's is undergoing some big changes, including a new flagship location opening in Tampa in September.

In a 25-year restaurant career, Sheilina Henry has spent considerable time helping others rise to new positions and promotions — a source of pride. Henry is president of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, a unit of Tampa-based Bloomin’ Brands.
