Happy National Parents’ Day! At Cadence Bank, we’re proud to offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave for mothers, fathers and adoptive parents with at least one year of service. New parent Costen Warner welcomed daughter Violet in April and recalls the support he received from teammates across the organization: “As an expectant father there were a lot of things I was worried about. I needed to learn how to change a diaper, bottle feed, burp and swaddle our new addition. There were car seats to install, cribs to construct and feeding schedules to memorize. The one thing I didn’t have to worry about was parental leave,” said Warner. “I also received encouragement from colleagues in multiple departments. Leaders from across the bank celebrated me taking parental leave and assured me everything would be covered in my absence,” Warner added. “I didn’t know it at the time, but not all companies approach leave this way. The culture that has been established at Cadence enabled me to bond with my daughter Violet and support my wife Jenna Lynn during a critical time.” Learn more about the benefits available to Cadence teammates: https://bit.ly/49XDjUg
