Assistant VP of Sales Lori Flores just returned from the Pacific Northwest, where she met with travel agents in Seattle, Tacoma & Portland and also conducted a Castle presentation at the Costco Travel office in Issaquah, Washington. 

Castle recently partnered with Hawai‘i Tourism Europe and hosted an elite group of travel partners from Germany, Switzerland and the UK at The ISO by Castle & our Bull Shed Restaurant on the beautiful island of Kaua‘i.

We are thrilled to announce that Ravi Pandey has joined the Castle Hospitality Group 'ohana as the General Manager of Castle Nāpili Surf Beach Resort and its two homeowner associations. 🎉 Ravi brings a wealth of experience from his time at Montage Kapalua Bay, where he excelled as the AOAO Residential Manager, as well as his previous roles in guest services at Target, Kohola Brewery, and Sherman-Williams Paints. His background in business management and sports studies from Bryant University in Rhode Island complements his extensive industry knowledge. At Castle Nāpili Surf Beach Resort, Ravi will oversee all AOAO operations, the Castle rental program, and ensure both guest and homeowner satisfaction. His responsibilities include coordinating operations and guest services, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs.

Please join us in congratulating E. Beeper Nakamaejo on her new position of Operations Manager with Castle Resorts & Hotels. She most recently served as the Accounting Manager for Chase ‘N Rainbows, our West Maui Vacation Rental Division. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for creating policies and procedures for new initiatives, assisting with property budgets, and auditing, among other duties.

Please join us in welcoming Tyler Kainoa Sanford as our new Digital Commerce Manager responsible for implementing digital initiatives, updating and optimizing web channels, and more. With over a decade of digital and integrated marketing experience, he most recently served as Assistant E-commerce Manager at T&C Surf Designs, overseeing online operations. His professional journey also includes marketing positions at PBS Hawai‘i, Heinrich & Bullard Marketing and in the construction industry.   Outside of work, he enjoys paddling with his family’s ‘Ālapa Hoe Canoe Club, of which he has been a part since he was nine years old. 

Castle recently welcomed CASTLE Waikiki Shore homeowners at our annual meeting, followed by an aloha reception. The meeting was opened with oli aloha by Director of Condo Admin Renette Carpio before President & CEO Matt Bailey introduced the rest of the team. General Manager Mike Sewell is seen here providing updates.
