How have you seen CNE grow over the past 11 years? "CNE has expanded programs and moved to virtual platforms, increasing our reach and impact. The launch of 7 Actionable Principles for a Strong Social Sector has been a game-changer." 2. What's been the most rewarding part of your work? "Being a thinking partner, guide, and cheerleader to nonprofits, and building long-term relationships." 3. What's one hobby that might surprise your colleagues? "I'm a Certified Master Naturalist, creating wildlife habitats from pollinator gardens to vernal pools." Thank you, Cindy, for your dedication and contributions to CNE. Reflecting on a meaningful Independence Day experience at Monticello... "On July 4th, my colleague Denisha Phipps and I had the privilege of representing CNE in the community partner tent at Monticello's Independence Day Celebration and open-air Naturalization Ceremony.
