It's been a while since I last updated you on the progress of our Sustainability Office. Over the past six months, our team has grown to four members! I’m excited to introduce the newest members of our team:
In March, we were thrilled to welcome Matthew Worsham, who brings invaluable experience in energy consulting and management. His expertise has significantly enhanced our energy management efforts for the city. Matthew immediately dove into grant writing, energy analysis, and supporting our decarbonization plan and has been an amazing asset over the past 6 months.
Just last week, we welcomed Tim Pritchard, who will lead our conservation, waste, and workforce development programs. Tim’s extensive background in conservation and sustainability management will be invaluable as he spearheads various projects to support the Dayton community.
It’s amazing to see how much our office has grown over the past four years, from an office of one to an office of four - we have a lot of exciting things on the horizon and I am honored to have such a wonderful team to drive our work!
