When Nike dropped an Olympic commercial before the Games, people noticed someone missing. LeBron was on it. Giannis made it. Victor Wembanyama, the newcomer, had his own segment as well. Kevin Durant was left off. People, including KD himself, questioned it. “Nike, am I a bad person?????” he typed on his Instagram story. Not that he needed more motivation but that might’ve done something. After missing all the tuneup games for the Olympic build up for Team USA, Durant was available for their opener against Serbia 🪣 Let’s just say, he did his thing. Didn’t miss a beat…and a shot, pretty much. This set the tone for KD and Team USA as they are now headed to the semifinals to face Serbia once more. 🪣 Surpassed Lisa Leslie on the all-time Team USA scoring list 🪣 Gets his OWN Nike ad 🪣 Gearing up for another Olympic gold Kevin Durant might actually be a bad person because just like old times, KD is not nice.

LeBron James isn't just making waves on the court—he's making a splash behind the camera too. His latest film project promises to showcase his unique perspective and storytelling prowess. Rez ball — a.k.a. “reservation ball” — represents more than an organized ecosystem of youth basketball teams. It's a spiritual approach to hooping, distinctly influenced by Native American cultures. It will now be chronicled in Netflix's upcoming movie, Rez Ball, which hits the streaming service on September 27 after its Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) premiere. Check out our exclusive with Kauchani Bratt, who portrays hooper Jimmy Holliday in Rez Ball👇

Tyrese Maxey hosted a FREE skills camp "1% Better" for kids in Philadelphia, and that's only the beginning ❤️ "I’m thankful for the Philadelphia 76ers for the opportunity that they blessed me with. Because now I can go out and give to others, as well. And give even more. I wanted it to be a deal where we were actually giving back, actually giving opportunities, actually giving stuff to others. I think that’s what we’ve done, and now we’re growing. It just makes me happy to see kids and families and people smiling. I’m a happy person. I’m always smiling. So if I can put smiles on other people’s faces, then I’m happy.” (via The Philadelphia Inquirer)

26-year-old Egyptian fencer Nada Hafez revealed in her post on Instagram she is SEVEN months pregnant...and she even managed to win her first Olympics match 🤯 "What appears to you as two players on the podium, they were actually three! It was me, my competitor, and my yet to come to our world little baby! My baby and I had our fair share of challenges, be it both physical and emotional. The rollercoaster of pregnancy is tough on its own, but having to fight to keep the balance of life and sports was nothing short of strenuous, however worth it. I'm lucky to have shared the trust of my husband and that of my family to be able to come this far."
