Moving into the 2nd half of the year means 2 things: 1. It's only 4 months, 16 days till Christmas!! 🎄😨 2. People have accrued bonuses and are going to be eyeing that end of year paycheck 💲 SO - if you were to leave your role this year, would you expect an employer to make up for that accrued bonus in a sign-on? Or do you walk away with the view that you're moving to a better opportunity, likely with a higher salary, and better progression opportunities?
